How hot can it get?

Our infrared system reaches up to 65°C, infrared heat warms your body directly, creating a deep, penetrating warmth without overwhelming air temperature. 

Our hybrid system reaches up to 55°C, depending on your environment and duration.

How do I set it up?

Set up takes under 20 minutes  no tools required.
Simply unfold the frame, attach the poles and the ThermoShield™ cover, connect the panels, and plug it in.

Are the materials non-toxic?

Yes. All RYVO sauna components are made from eco certified, non-toxic, and heat resistant materials, free from formaldehyde and harmful plastics.
We designed it for safe daily use and sustainability.

Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

Yes,  RYVO Sauna is suitable for indoor or covered outdoor spaces.
For outdoor use, ensure the surface is dry and the unit is protected from rain or excessive moisture.

Is it safe to use inside?

Absolutely, RYVO technology operates below EMF safety limits and is tested for residential indoor use.
Always place it in a ventilated area and avoid using it on carpets or delicate surfaces.

Does it need a power source?

Yes. It connects to a standard 240V outlet (Made for Australia).
No additional plumbing or water source is required.

How do I clean it?

Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning.
Use a soft cloth with natural or non-toxic cleaner on panels and the inner lining.
We recommend wiping after each use to prevent residue or odor buildup.

Is the sauna tent washable?

The interior mat and removable seat cover can be machine-washed.
The ThermoShield™ outer cover should be hand-wiped only to protect its insulation layer.

Will it get moldy or smelly?

Not if properly maintained.
Always allow it to cool and air-dry after use, and store it in a dry area.
Infrared heat naturally inhibits moisture buildup.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes 1 year warranty for all products plus you have 30 days trial period to love it or return it — no questions asked.
Returns must include the original packaging and show minimal signs of use.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course — no worries.
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a 100% refund.

If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it and receive a full refund minus the return shipping cost.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping Australia-wide on all RYVO products.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

3. Returns and Refunds

How long after I complete a purchase am I eligible for a refund?

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, returns are not eligible unless covered under the 1-year manufacturer warranty for product defects.

If I use the product to test it out, can I still return it?

Yes, you can still return the product. You are cover by our 30 day return policy. 
Make sure it is in its original packing and in good conditions once you return it our team will inspected and come back to you for a refund within 5-6 business days after received. 

4. Warranty and Repairs

Do you offer a warranty for your products?

Yes, every RYVO product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

If you experience any issue within this period, simply reach out to our support team at support@ryvowellness.com, and we’ll assist you promptly with troubleshooting, replacement, or repair options.

Extended warranty coverage is also available for select products.

Cleaning your sauna?

Keep it fresh and hygienic in a few quick steps:

Power off & cool down completely before cleaning.

Wipe surfaces with a soft cloth and a non-toxic cleaner (water + mild soap or vinegar solution). Avoid harsh chemicals/bleach.

Mat & seat cover: machine-washable (cold or warm, gentle cycle). Air-dry only.

ThermoShield™ cover: wipe only—do not machine-wash or submerge.

Steamer (Hybrid only): empty after use; rinse the 4L tank weekly. For mineral build-up, descale with a light vinegar rinse, then flush with clean water.

Air-dry: leave the tent open 15–20 minutes after each session to prevent moisture or odors.

Storage: ensure fully dry; store in a cool, dry place.

If I use the product to test it out, can I still return it?

Once the product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
For health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of used saunas or accessories.

We recommend inspecting your sauna upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations before first use.
