Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Australia with free standard shipping nationwide.
We also offer international shipping to select regions. Please contact us if you would like to confirm availability in your area.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days once dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

How do I set it up?

Setup takes under 20 minutes  no tools required.
Simply unfold the frame, attach the ThermoShield™ cover, connect the panels, and plug it in.
A full video guide is available on our website to walk you through the process step by step.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of purchase, please email us at support@ryvowellness.com with your order number.

What shipping service do you use?

We partner with Australia Post, Sendle, and UPS International for secure and fast deliveries.
You will be automatically assigned the best available carrier depending on your location.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
Used products cannot be returned due to health and sanitary regulations.

To initiate a return, please email support@ryvowellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import duties associated with the return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product in our facility.

Refund and Exchange Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made for the full amount minus shipping costs.

Can I return or exchange if I change my mind?

Yes, as long as your product is unused and in its original packaging.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel or modify it at no cost.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer full refunds minus shipping costs for unused items returned within 30 days.
Once a product has been used or comes into contact with moisture, it becomes ineligible for return.

3. Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my order?

Yes. If you need to modify or update your order, contact us at support@ryvowellness.com before your order has shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to alter items, addresses, or quantities.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course. You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a 100% refund.
If your order has already been shipped, you may cancel and return it for a full refund minus the return shipping cost.

4. Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
We also offer Klarna for flexible installment payments.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?

Yes. You can choose Klarna at checkout to split your payment into flexible installments, interest-free.

Are there any additional fees or surcharges?

No, the price displayed on our website is final.
However, for international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import policies. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, RYVO gift cards are available for purchase directly through our website under the Accessories section.

How long are gift cards valid for?

RYVO gift cards do not expire.
You can use them anytime toward any product available on our website.

Can I exchange a gift card for cash?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
However, they may be used in full or partially toward any future order.
