Every set, the bar digs into the same four points on your palm. Skin thickens, cracks, tears. You tape it up, you train through it, and you do it again next session.

The Grips stop it at the source. One piece of medical grade silicone between your palm and the bar. No gloves, no straps, no grip pads sliding around mid-set.

Two sides. One job.

The smooth side sits flat in your palm. The grip side locks onto the bar. A short stem slides between your middle and ring fingers, and the RYVO tab sits on the back of your hand.

That's it. No straps. No velcro. No wraps to tighten between sets.

Better than gym gloves. Not close.

Gloves cover your whole hand, soak up sweat and hold onto the smell. You peel them off wet and shove them in your bag.

The Grips are one moulded piece. Your fingers stay bare, so you keep the feel of the bar. Rinse them under the tap, shake them off, done. Silicone is non-porous, so there is nothing for sweat or bacteria to sit in.
